12xy(9x^2-16y^2)/4xy(3x+4y)

3((3x)^2-(4y)^2)/(3x+4y)

now by using the identity (a+b)(a-b)=a^2-b^2

3(3x+4y)(3x-4y)/(3x+4y)

3/(3x-4y)

Step-by-step explanation:

 \frac{12xy(9 {x}^{2} - 16 {y}^{2})  }{4xy(3x + 4y)}

 \frac{3( {(3x)}^{2} -  {(4y)}^{2})  }{(3x + 4y)}

 \frac{3(3x + 4y)(3x - 4y)}{(3x + 4y)}

=3(3x–4y)

=9x–12y

Hope it helps...
