Explain the reaction of metal oxide with acid and non metallic oxide with base with the help of an examole

metal oxide reacts with acids to give salt and water.i.e NaOh+HCL---NaCl+H2O
result will be same non metal oxide reacts to give salt and water. MgOh+Hcl--- Mgcl+H2o
