Explain the reason why passenger moving bus are thrown forwards when the bus stops suddenly

this is due to inertia of motion when the bus is moving ur body is in inertia of motion. when it stops the body parts near the seat immediately come into inertia of rest but the upper parts remain in the inertia of motion, so the passengers are thrown forward.
