1.The aim of the Indian National Congress was to attain complete independence or 'Poorna Swaraj'.

2.Jawaharlal Nehru was sworn in as the new President of the Congress. With his he became a dynamic political leader of the nation.

3.Finally, the Congress declared an ultimatum in this session that if the demands put forward to the colonial government is not fulfilled, then Civil Disobedience Movement will be launched.
