There are many reasons for social differences:

1. Belonging to a community due to birth.

2. Due to difference in physical abilities and disabilities.

3. Differences due to choice like what one wants to study or what kind of occupation one wants to take up.

4. Religious beliefs may be different.

Social differences are seen where society is divided on the basis of language, religion, caste, sex and skin colour. Some social, economical and financial reasons also play a vital role in the increase of social differences in a society. If people keep judging each other on the basis of these reasons like social, caste, religion or financial then it becomes difficult to omit social differences from the community.
