Language is the major barrier of national leaders of national party. Their speech cannot deliver the same enthusiastic to the common people, regional leaders speech reached the rural poor easily. Central government treated the states like “One size fits all” approach but different states had different aspirations so regional culture plays important role in the growth of the regional party. From late 1960’s National party lose their importance because of emergence of indigenous leaders.
