Light :

Light is a form of electromagnetic radiation. The word light usually refers to visible light which can only be seen by the human eye.

Reflection of Light :

To see an object, light from it must enter the eyes. The light can travel directly from the source to the eyes, or it can be reflected from the sources into eyes.

Light traveling in air is reflected when it meets a different material. When the rays strike a flat (or plane) surface like a mirror.

They are reflected in the same direction.  Rough surfaces reflect light at all angles in an irregular or diffuse way.

Fact about light :

Light travels one million times faster than sound. That is why you see a flash of lightning before thunder it causes.
