Answer:

The Center has been strengthened in Articles 256 and 257 of the Constitution.

Article 256: Accordingly, the executive powers of the state should be exercised in such a way that the laws passed by the Parliament can be followed. In this way the laws could be followed under the law of Parliament. In this way state executive power has come under the law of Parliament. The Center can give such instructions to the state, which are necessary in this regard.

Explanation:

Article 257: In some cases the center talks of control over the state. State executive power should be used in such a way that it does not conflict with the union executive. The Center can instruct the state on how to exercise its executive power in many areas. If the state fails to follow the instructions, then the President's rule can be imposed in the state.

Article 263: It empowers the President to set up an Inter-State Council so that differences between states can be resolved. India is called the Union of States in the Indian Constitution. The constitution has a clear separation of legislative, administrative and financial powers between the Center and the states. The 7th Schedule of the Constitution mentions the sharing of legislative subjects i.e. the right to make laws between the Center and the States. In the Constitution, these rights are divided into three lists.
