Peace and development are two aspects .They work hand in hand but are not easily visible . To understand peace we need to go through war . After we have nothing left to hold us back , we get a sudden feeling or realisation of events that took place earlier, we then annalise them as per we wish . Then we decide through our self consciousness that the phases are of peace or of war . For building a road you need to break huge pieces of rock , work tirelessly , and this brings you in a state of mental as well as physical war. But it is your job and responsibility as well . So you cannot step back. You must come forward and be responsible . After a hard toil and tireless phase of time when u accomplished your job , you feel a sudden emptyness in your mind . You are tired but you are contented , you are in a peaceful state. You created a road for the development of society as well as for your human potential. Peace and development can be achieved by responsibility to do good . If the intention is good then there is a balance between the two. But wrong intention would wreck havoc and create a state of another war which would be more challenging . But with sheer hope and determination you can surely achieve your goal for peace of us as well as development.
