Poor economy and disease are closely related and disease is a part of vicious circle of poor economy. Poor economy means low income.
EXPLANATION:
Low income means that people are unable to earn enough income to afford a normal standard of living. People are unable to get the required number of meals and therefore the required nutrition.
In addition, poor economy means most people are living below the poverty line and are malnourished. This in turn leads to several diseases which many times are life taking as well.
