Explain the relationship between the democracy and development

Democracy is very much responsible and important over the development of a nation. In a democratic country the citizens are free to express their views and opinions on decesions taken by government and this makes the government take more responsible decesions and they go with the majority of people. In a democracy people can fight for justice. People can freely express their ideas,inventions and theories as they have no restrictions from the government and when leople do not have restrictions it always creates a positive environment.
