HEY DEAR________❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
HERE IS YOUR ANSWER:-
=>Respiration is a biological process and also a life process in which energy is released in body by the oxidative breakdown of food.
In other words,in mitochondria of every cell in our body food particles are broken down into simpler substances and energy is produced in the form of ATP,ADP or AMP.
ATP-Adinosin Triphosphate
ADP-Adinosin Diphosphate
AMP- Adinosine Monophosphate

Respiration is divided into two forms:-
=>Aerobic respiration:-It takes place in the presence of oxygen.
=>Anaerobic respiration:-It takes place in the absence of oxygen.

HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU!!!!
