we have the right to prevent us from exploitation if one we are exploited we can seek court for redressal

No citizen can thus be made to work against their will or without payment .No child below the age of 14 can be made to work as a libourer for any institution, specially a hazardous one. The purpose of this right is to ensure that the employers do not exploit labour. {Though the government has banned child labour, millions of children across India still work out of sheer necessity. The ban on child labour can be implemented effectively only when poverty is eliminated.}
