The Constitution under Article 23 and 24 puts a firm end to such exploitation as forced labour,beggary,traffic in women and children and unjustified under-payment. This right also prohibits employment of children below 14 in mines, factories and other occupation fraught with danger. Bonded labour in any form has also been made illegal
