Hey !
I would be glad answering that !
The right to equality is one of our fundamental rights which is enjoyed by each and every citizen of India irrespective of age, class, gender, etc. It states that every person is equal in eyes of law and no being shall enjoy privileges over the other. It is safeguarded by The right to constitutional remedies. If a being feels his rights are exploited, he/she can approach the supreme court.
Hope I helped you !

according to the term right to equality every citizen of india is equal in the eyes of law.
there will be no discrimination on the basis of caste, race, gender, etc. by this right no citizen can say that he/she is less fortunate to take birth in a particular caste or gender that is treated less by people.
