Explain the role of bile juice in digesting food.

Bile increase the absorption of fat it is important part of absorption of the fat solution substance such as Vitamin E a, d and K. Besides is digest functions bile serves also as the route of excretion fir bilirubin of RBC cell by product recycled by the liver

Bile juice is a fluid containing bile acid,salt,phospholipids, etc. Bile juice is stored in gal bladder as bilirubin. 

Bile juice is produced by liver.

FUNCTION OF BILE JUICE:

# Bile juice helps in emulsification of fat globule.
# Bile have main role in digestion of fat,lipase into fatty acid and                glycerol.
# Bile generally comes to act in the duodenum region.
# Bile have an important function, in breaking down of old red blood cells.

NOTE:
Emulsification:
Breaking down of large fat globule to smaller fat globule.
