The villagers or the Bishnoi people came forward to protect & conserve the wild fauna & flora. They give special protection to Blackbuck, Chinkara, Great Indian Bustardand Khejri tree; they believe thatkhejri trees are the symbol of purity, wealth and good fortunes.
