Answer:

In a nephron, Bowman's capsule is a covering which protects the glomerulus.

Here, in the glomerulus, large number of arteries enter and exit the glomerulus.

The arteries entering the glomerulus are called afferent arterioles and the arteries which come outside are called efferent arterioles.

These arterioles carry blood inside them which get filtered in the glomerulus. The impure blood from afferent arteriole gets filtered through the process of ultra or glomerular filtration. The filtered blood then is carried by the efferent arteriole which later forms the Vasa Recta.

Hence this is the role of Bowman's Capsule in Human Excretion.

Also Bowman's Capsule leads to formation of many tubules called PCT or Proximal Convoluted Tubule and DCT or Distal Convoluted Tubule which later forms the major part of Loop of Henle and Collecting Duct.
