Answer:

The living organisms like lichens grow & get attached to the rocks . The CO2 released during respiration reacts with water and forms carbonic acid which breaks the rock particles into soil . The animals like rabbits makes burrows , while making burrows they accidentally breaks the rocks & turn them into soil.
