RAAS plays an important role in regulating blood volume and systemic vascular resistance, which together influence on cardiac output and arterial pressure.

ANF

ANF acts on kidney to increase sodium excretion and GFR to antagonize renal vasoconstriction and to inhibit renin secretion . ANF is also a physiological modulator of GFR and mediates nephron hyperfiltration and natriuresis when salt excretion is threatened by reduction in number of nephrons.
