If rainfall contains harmful pollutants the soil excess of filter ; contaminants are captured by the soil particles and the water comes out cleaners in the quaifers and rivers.

Dust remains present in air as suspended particle. It can cause energy and other respiratory diseases it also affects plant growth by covering stomata on leaf surface and blocking them it acts as the career of toxic compounds like heavy metals. Thus, dust acts a pollutant.
