Answer:

The gastric chief cells of the stomach secrete enzymes for protein breakdown (inactive pepsinogen, and in infancy rennin). Hydrochloric acid activates pepsinogen into the enzyme pepsin, which then helps digestion by breaking the bonds linking amino acids, a process known as proteolysis.

Secretin is a hormone that regulates water homeostasis throughout the body and influences the environment of the duodenum by regulating secretions in the stomach, pancreas, and liver. It is a peptide hormone produced in the S cells of the duodenum, which are located in the intestinal glands.[3] In humans, the secretin peptide is encoded by the SCT gene.

Answer:

Gastrin is digestive hormone which is proteinecious in naure secreted from G cells of stomach small intestine and pancreas.

Hydrochloric acid is secreted from the oxytonic cell of stomach.

secretin  is a digestive hormone secreted from the s cells of duodenum .

Explanation:

Role of Gastrin

Gastrin helps in the secretion of HCL from parietal cell of stomach and helps in gastric motility. It also helps in the secretion of Histamines from enterochromaffin like cells which ultimately result in activation of potasium proton pump thus releasing proton into the stomach

Role of HCL

HCL helps in the denaturation of protein molecules which help an better protein digestion

HCL  kill harmful pathogens invaded in the stomach by its very low PH.

HCL helps in the conversion of pepsinogen to active pepsin.

Role of secretin

Secretin play an important role in stimulating the secretion of bicarbonate ion and inhibiting the secretion of gastric acid from stomach thus maintaing a balanced PH .Bile secretion is stimulated by secretin. The secreted bile play an important role in the digestion and absoption of lipid molecules
