state list contains object of state and local important such as police trade commercial agriculture and irrigation the state government alone can make law relating to the subject maintain in the state list

concurrent list includes subject of common interest to both the union government as well as the state government such as education for his trade union marriage adoption and succession what the union as well as the state government can make laws on the subject maintain in this list .if the law conflict with each other the law made by union government will be prevail
