Explain the role of women in French revolution .

Women had no political rights in pre-Revolutionary France. They could not voteor hold any plitical office...The subservient role of women prior to the revolution was perhaps best examplifiedby the Frederician code published 1750 and attacked by Enlightenment,Philospher and Publications.
