Explain the role played by advertisements in the creating new consumer for the british products.

The advertisements played in creating new consumer for.the British products(i)Advertisements made a product appear desirable and necessary and created new needs....When they saw the label,the consumer was confident about buying the clothes.

(ii)The labels also had images of gods nad and goddesses,which showed that the product had the divine approval of the Gods being sold.

(iii)They also started printing calendars,which were hung in the houses of poor,and tea.shopes and in offices.Even people who could not read could see the images.These people see the advertisements for the entire year.
