1.Salivary glands:- secret Saliva that facilitate mastication and swallowing. Saliva contain the Salivary Amylase, which is a fluid that starts process of breaking down of food.
(2) In Stomach:- Epithelial cells produce gastric juice containing Hydrochloric acid, pepsinogen.HCL activates pepsin which convert protein into peptides.
(3) Liver :- secret Bile that aids in Digestion of Fats.
(4) Pancreas:- secret pancreatic juices which contain the Enzymes trypsin, lipase,amylase which break down protein and fat.
(5) Intestine :- secret intestinal juices which contain the Enzymes,
(a) Peptidase which digests peptides
(b) Sucrase which digests Sucrose
(c) Lactase which digests Lactose
(d) Maltase which digests Maltose
