inside the cell there are numerous organelles function
to remove waste. lysosomes are organelles that contain digestive enzyme .they digest excess or worn out organelles , food particles and engulfed viruses and bacteria.
one of its function is to digest materials taken up from outside the cell. that process is called endocytosis . that's why it is called suicide bags .

❤❤❤functions performed by lysosomes are :

lysosomes are main site of digestion that is break down of structure within the cell.

the golgi apparatus or golgi complex which is present in the vast majority of eukaryotic cell forms tiny vessels that separate some description say "bud" from the end of golgi cisternae. vesicsls formed in this way that contain enzymes such as lipase are called primary lysosomes,

secondary lysosomes are formed when primary lysosomes fuse with other membrane bound vesicals .
