Explain the Schedule of Concessions (Art-II) as per GATT 1994.

Article II:1(a) of the GATT 1994 requires Members to accord to the commerce of the other Members treatment no less favourable than that provided for in their Schedules of concessions, i.e. to respect the commitments they have assumed in their Schedules.
