secular means no any discrimination on the basis of religion.

sovereign means free from external control.
for example..in India's matter other country can not interrupt.

Secular and Sovereign are two points mentioned in the Indian Constitution.
Secular means that our country India is secular and here one can follow the religion of their choice.
Sovereign in the constitution means that our country is sovereign and thus no other country can interfare in the internal affair of the country.
