ADVANTAGES:
1) It does not over heat easily
2) It doesn't not blow out very fast
3) If you connect two resistance series in the net resistance is more than the parallel connection
DISADVANTAGES:
1) If one component in a series circuit fails then all the components in the circuit fail because the circuit has been broken
2)The more components there are in a series circuit the greater the circuit's resistance (the more output devices you add the slower the current becomes)
