Sivalik range is also called sivalik hills. The sivalik hills is a mountain range of the outer Himalayas also known as Manak Parbat in ancient times. This range is about 2400 km,(1500 mile)long enclosing an area that starts almost from the Indus and ends to the Brahmaputra with the gap of 90 km.
