The society from which one originates has a huge bearing on the interactions he has with others from other places. Race will impact on the interactions since people from different races will have differences in their biology and their beliefs.
Economic aspect determine interactions by placing people with the same economical aspirations together. Cultural values are considered worthy to the members of a certain culture and this makes people incline to cultures that resemble theirs or are close to theirs.
