Palampur is a hypothetical village and developing very fast.

The village have 2 primary and 1 private school.

1 private health care centre and 1 government dispensary.

Well developed road and transport system.

There are 450 families in the village and 80 upper castes family owned the majority of the village and other backward castes owned the corner of the village.

75% of the population in Palampur is dependent upon farming. The village also have some non- farming activities like dairy production and cotton weaving.

Palampur have a well connected relation with the nearby villages Raiganj and Shahpur.

The village PALAMPUR is developing very fastly and the farmers are now using the mordern farming methods and Green Revolution in their crop production.
