Explain the spontaneity of a process ?

A process is said to be spontaneous if it occurs on its own without the intervention of any external agency of any kind

Eg : a) Heat flows from hot end to cold end

b) Water flows from higher level to lower level

c) Gas flows from higher pressure region to lower pressure region

in general spontaneous reaction \mathsf{\Delta H } \\ is '-'ve. but it is not the necessary condition.

But for a spontaneous reaction \mathsf{\Delta G } \\ must be '-'ve

All natural process are spontaneous
