Answer:
About Matter:-
An object which is made up of many particles (molecules) is known as Matter.
It has 5 states viz,
- the Solid state
- the Liquid state
- the Gaseous state
- the Plasma state
- the Bose-Einstein Condensate
_________...
Details about the types of matter (names provided above) :-
the Solid state:-
- It has a fixed shape.
- It has a distinct boundary.
- It has a high density.
- It has a fixed volume.
- They have negligible compressibility.
- They can maintain their shape.
- They are rigid.
Examples:
- Table
- Sugar cube
the Liquid state:-
- Liquids have no fixed shape.
- It doesn't have a boundary.
- It has a fixed volume.
- It takes the shape of it's container.
- It is a fluid.
- It isn't rigid, i.e. it is flexible.
- They have an ability to diffuse.
Examples:
- Water
- Lava
the Gaseous state:-
- The intermolecular force of attraction is less.
- It has no surfaces.
- It has no shape.
- It neither has a fixed shape nor volume.
- It has a lower density.
- It is very easy to compress.
Examples:
- LPG
- CNG
the Plasma state:-
- It is a state of matter where it's molecules are very excited moving constantly.
- They are very energetic (molecules).
- The fluorescent bulbs and neon bulbes constist of plasma.
- It glows with a specific colour depending upon the nature of gas.
- The Stars glow because of the presence of them only.
Examples:-
- Helium
- Neon
the Bose-Einstein Condensate:-
- It was discovered by Albert Einstein and Satyendra Nath Basu.
- It is formed by cooling at extreme low density.
Examples:-
- Boson

ᴛʜᴇᴀssᴀssɪɴ's BRAIN BOOSTER:-
- There is also 2 states of matter introduced by scientists.
- The new states of matter are
- Supersolids
- Superliquids

- Their is also a mysterious matter named Anti matter. It is one of the most expensive material on Earth.
- Man has discovered the new Aerogel which is the lightest solid material on Earth!! It is made of 98% of air and is a very good insulator of heat. NASA declares this will be used in space crafts. It's density is very less.
