Shearing : A sheep is usually sheared of its coat once a year. This is done with electronic shears.
Grading : Before the fleece is made into yarn it must be graded. Wool is graded for its fine strong and long fibres.
Washing : THE fleece then goes to mill for processing. Each is first torn apart and piles of wool are made.
Squeezing : After washing wool is squeezed to remove excess water
Dyeing : Then the wool is dyed in different colours
Carding : It is necessary to make parallel rows of fibres and seperate the wool into loose ropes
Roving : Then it is rolled into thin yard to spin it.
Weaving : Now the fibres are twisted together to make yarn. It is then woven into garments. If it I'd light a soft fuzzy yarn is made
