The steps to create graphics in documents is as follows:

There are multiple ways to insert and create Graphics in a Document-

• Clip Art: There is always a clip art gallery present in the Office application. Microsoft provides it by default along with their application. These contain a set of still images, and a set of small animated images. We can insert them from the clip art menu itself.

• Smart Art: it provides us with a huge number of different graphics, which generally contain multiple diagrams, charts and lists.

• Word Art: This tool provides us with a gallery of graphics styles, which we can apply on existing texts and words as per our need.
