Explain the strategies for procuring materials by the harappans for the craft production

The Harappans procured craft roduction materials in different ways. They had strategies to send people to far off places for expeditions, like some were sent to south india for gold, some to far off places in Afghanistan to lpis lazuli, some to the Khetri region in Rajasthan and so on.

The archeological digs also show that the people got their crfat production materials from different countries as well and was travelled through by sea.
