Explanation:
Plants secrete their waste in following ways:-
1) Transpiration:- The process of loss of excess water by plants through Stomata under the effect of Sunlight.
--> In this way Liquid waste is removed from the plant's body.
2) Photosynthesis:- During photosynthesis waste is produced in the form of Oxygen which is exhaled out by the plant through stomata.
--> Remember, when plant undergoes photosynthesis, then waste product is Oxygen, while when plants perform respiration [at night], then waste product is CO2.
3) Storage of Starch:- Excess starch is stored in the plants itself in the form of fruits, etc.
Here, excess water, excess Starch and Oxygen act as waste products for plants.
