eukaryotic nucleus is membrane bound having double stranded linear dna with telomeric ends present .the genetic material here adenine and thymine rich.

whereas the prokaryotic nucleus non membranous structure called nucleiod having double stranded circular dna. with telomeric ends absent. thegenetic material is guanine and cytosine rich
