It is a double helix structure.
With phosphodiester bonds. There are two chains of DNA linked together through bonds between Nitrogenous compounds which are Adenine, Thyamine, Guanine and Cytosine. It consists of nucleosides made up of sugar and phosphate. When a nitrogenous compound is added to the nucleoside it is called a nucleotide. In a single DNA strand there are 4 pairs of nucleotides.

Answer: Neurons comprise a cell body (or soma), dendrites, and an axon that ends at a terminal. The cell body contains the nucleus and the machinery necessary to synthesize proteins. The cell body is also the region of the neuron in which an electrical impulse is generated.
