Nucleus of cell is dense rounded body and covered by nuclear membrane and contains chromosomes and nucleoplasm fluid and manages all the functions of cell.

Nucleus is spherical or oval shaped structure found in the centre of each cell. It is covered by a double layered membrane.It contains pores that allow transfer of materials inside the cell.It contains chromosomes and chromosomes are composed of DNA and proteins.
