Answer:

The heart sends blood around your body. The blood provides your body with the oxygen and nutrients it needs. It also carries away waste. Your heart is sort of like a pump, or two pumps in one.The heart is divided into four chambers consisting of two atria and two ventricles; the atria receive blood, while the ventricles pump blood. The right atrium receives blood from the superior and inferior vena cavas and the coronary sinus; blood then moves to the right ventricle where it is pumped to the lungs.

Answer:

The heart has four chambers and is divided into two sides, the left side and right side, by a septum or muscular wall. The left side receives deoxygenated blood of the body while the right side receives oxygenated blood. Each side of the heart is again further divided into two parts
