According to the VSEPR theory the geometry of the hole molecule predicted by the

Electron pair electro static repulsion. This means the shape of molecule is determined

From the number of lone pairs and bond pairs are surrounding the central atom in a molecule.

The structure of XeOF2 is a bent shape.

This molecule has c2 axis of symmetry and planer so it has c2v point group.

Structure of XeO2F2 and XeOF2 on the basis of VSEPR  theory.

Explanation:

- In the case of XeF2

Among them, Xe is a sp3-d hybrid, but its shape is linear because it incorporates the VSEPR theory. That is, the shape of XeF2 is linearly distorted from the trigonal bipyramidal shape due to the existence of three lone pairs of electrons.

- In the case of XeF4

Xe is a hybrid of sp3-d2, but its shape is a square planar geometry due to the built-in VSEPR theory. That is, the shape of XeF4 is distorted from an octahedron to a square planar geometry due to the existence of two lone pairs of electrons.

- In the case of XeOF2

Among them, Xe is an sp3 hybrid, but its shape is flat because it incorporates the  VSEPR theory. That is, due to the presence of lone pair of electrons, its shape is distorted from trigonal bipyramid to planar.

Geometry is shown in the attached figure.
