1. Maltose is disachride sugar. It is made up of glucose only.
It forms glycocidic bond with alfa(1-4)linkage.
It is also called malt sugar.
2. Lactose is known as lactic sugar. It is also a disachride sugar. It is made up of glucose and fructose.
It forms glycocidic bond.
3. Sucrose us also known as table sugar.
It has beta (1-2) linkage. It is found in canes. It forms glycocidic bond.
