Hi

To manage anxiety....very common things you can do are:

  • Listen to songs..your favourite or mostly romantic cz they are calm.
  • Take good amount of deep breathe
  • Do something you like
  • Lay down and think about good things that have ever happen to youa or your fav things or people you love.
