TECHNICAL REFORMS :

  1. use of better technological resources such as HYV seeds and machinery in farming.
  2. proving periodic soil check for better nutrient availability to the crop.
  3. better transport and storage facilities so that the crop may be taken safely to the market.

INSTITUTIONAL REFORMS :

  1. forming of local committees which lol after the well-being of the farming community.
  2. provisions for compensation as well as loan cancellation on crop failure.
  3. easy availability of loans at lower interest rates for essential equipments, seeds and fertilizers.
