calcination refer to heating mainly carbonated ores in absence of heat it is prominent step in metallurgy

Calcination is the process in which the heating up of the material is done at a high temperature.


In this process, we use thermal treatment if we don’t have much oxygen present in a specific location.


Then the ores can use this thermal treatment to bring out the thermal decomposition of the material.
