frequency:frequency describes the number of waves that pass a fixed place in a given amoung of time..

Time period:Time period is the time needed for one complete cycle of vibration to pass in given point..

frequency means total number of observations in frequency distribution table.

and

time period means the period of time for which the amount or some things is borrowed is called it's time period.
