What is meant by term judiciary ...

√ It is the organization that cares or solve the disputes of the nation rather it is between two people or state and central govt or between two states...

√ It also look that all the laws made by the govt must be operated by the citizens...

It's role in democracy...

--- To give the strenght to the govt to secure about a head in case of disputes...

--- To describe the laws of Constitution among the leaders of govt ...

--- To take care of the nation as a social welfare organization...
